Today we focus on what pleasure feels like in our body and why we sometimes choose pain over pleasure (and how we can rewire ourselves towards sweetness, sensual sassiness, and the steady support of our senses).
Do you give yourself permission to play regularly?
Do you clamp down and get serious when you work, or can you stay open and enjoy?
When things get challenging do you get swamped by victimization or self-judgment, or do you lean back, rest into and invite in possibility?
By being more intimate with yourself and understanding your relationship to pleasure, play, and possibility you can learn to let go of the old modalities of Warrior and step into healing with Goddess flow and freedom.
