Day 4: Get creative and make a mess!

Okay. Now you have named the things that smush your pleasure; it is time to bust a new move. And for that, we want to get messy.

For Day 4 of our Warrior Goddess WILD Challenge, we are focusing on taking action just for the fun of it.

It’s time to make a mess! Give yourself permission to be creatively wild. Don’t try to create a finished project; just play with mud or crayons or leaves or paint.

Here are some suggestions (see the PDF below for more):

• Take a bag of flour out to the yard and go nuts!
• Make a macaroni necklace for your dog!
• Glue leaves to a hat and wear it to the bank!
